I had a great experience staying here. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to the metro. The staff were friendly and even helped me make a reservation at a restaurant when my phone wasn't working. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The housekeeping was excellent as well, keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for families.

The room at Acta was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. We had a great experience with the air conditioning, in perfect working order throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs, we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Acta for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near The Garden of St Lazarus and within walking distance from the city centre. It is also quite close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice, spacious, and clean, with tasteful and elegant interior design. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view. The hotel facilities, such as the spacious balcony, add an extra advantage to the rooms.
There is no iron available in the rooms or to borrow, which can be inconvenient for guests who need to straighten out their clothes.
